How big can my files be?
On the free plan you can upload files up to 250 MB and videos up to 10 minutes long. Pro raises that to 5 GB per file and 4 hours per video, and Business goes to 20 GB with no length limit.
How long do you keep my videos?
Free uploads are kept for 90 days from the day they land, and we tell you before anything expires. On Pro and Business your media stays until you delete it.
Can I use Videoable commercially?
Yes. Every plan, including the free one, can be used for client work, product demos, support replies and marketing. Business adds API access and a priority processing queue if you need to automate it.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can watch straight away — no sign-up, no app, no paywall in front of your video. Only you need an account, and only to upload.
Can I delete a video?
Any time, from your library. Deleting removes the original, every rendition and the thumbnail from disk, and the short link stops working immediately. Deleting your account removes all of it at once.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can switch plans or cancel from your billing settings at any time. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops back to Free.
What happens if I run out of storage?
Existing links keep working and nothing is deleted. New uploads are blocked until you free up space or move to a larger plan.
